About(A) — WHO

I build storefronts that sell for independent food, butcher, and specialty-retail brands across Toronto and beyond.

I'm a senior full-stack developer with 5+ years in production React and Ruby on Rails. At Grocer Box I build order-management and Shopify storefronts for food and grocery brands, 40-plus shipped, from scratch builds to custom Shopify apps when an off-the-shelf one won't do.

I like taking a problem end to end, from the data model to the thing someone actually taps, and keeping it as simple as the problem allows. Most of the work is unglamorous: figure out what's really needed, build something that holds up, then make it better.

Outside of work I'm usually building something anyway, an AI tool, a Shopify app, a small game, whatever I'm curious about that week. A lot of it never ships. I build because I like making things, and it's how I keep learning.
